Shipping, Processing, Customs & Returns

🚚 Processing Time

Every order is handmade with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and pack your molds before shipping.

✈️ Estimated Delivery Times

We ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery time starts after the processing period.

• Europe, USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

• All other countries: 7–10 business days

Note: Times may vary slightly during busy seasons or customs delays.


 

🛃 Customs Clearance, Import Taxes & Fees​

• For orders delivered within the European Union, customs or import-related charges may sometimes be applied. Based on our customers’ previous experiences, these charges commonly range from approximately €7 to €17, depending on the destination country and the value of the order.
   

• However, we cannot guarantee whether customs charges will be applied or confirm the exact amount in advance, as these fees are determined entirely by the local customs authority and the shipping carrier.
   

• Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or handling fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
   

• For orders over €100, $120 or £90 we encourage you to use the discount code MM20 to receive 20% off your order. This discount will help definitely cover any customs-clearance fees if they are applied from our experince. 
   

• Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation requested by the shipping carrier or customs authority to complete the clearance process. Delays caused by customs procedures are outside our control.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Send items back within 30 days of delivery​
   

If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

If you change your mind or the item is returned without any issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition—any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
